1. Need to know when get the products 
 
 
You need check the product firstly when you get the products from the shipping company, if the package has been broken , the customer needs to confirm and check the products inside the package before signing your name on the shipping paper. If you find the products you get are not the same as the items with your order P/I, please reject the package from the shipping company and contact with our staff as soon as you can. We will contact with the shipping company to know the details about the package and demand satisfaction from them as soon as possible.
  
Sunway will not be responsible for these problem if the customer does not check the products when they get the products from the shipping company .
 
 
2. Payment
 
When customer transfer the payment to our company after get the P/I , please provide the same bank information as the P/I from Sunway to the bank , so that could insure our company could get the payment without any problem. For more information about the bank account , please see the below detail or contact Sunway staff directly.

3. Leadtime after the payment
 
Usual order can be shipped within 5 work days after the payment received well, as for quantity order , about 15 days depends on the quantity . if the circumstance is out of control , Sunway staff will consult with the customer.
 
 
4. About the Customs and Import tax
 
It is better for customer to be familiar with their own country’s customs import regulation before you place orders, so that could insure you get the products without any problem , Sunway will not be responsible for informing the customer or consignee about their own country’s import regulation or taxes and duties . if an order is dispatched and is blocked by the customer’s country’s customs, or if the customer refuses pay the customs charges or taxes , Sunway will not be responsible for these problem.
 
 
5. Delivery

Sea shipping

How long does delivery normally take ?

Using International express your order will be with you in 4-7 working days in most cases.
For sea shipping , different port need different shipping time.
For air shipping also need around 4-7 working days, but customer need pick up products from the Airport by yourself.
 
How much does delivery cost ?
 
Different area and different weight with different shipping charges , the final shipping cost is based on the final quantity and we will calculate the different total freight for your reference and confirmation .
 
How do I track my delivery  ?
 
You will receive a confirmation email that your order has been dispatched in which you will be provided with a tracking number and a link to the express website . choose your country from the list enter your parcel number and click confirmation. This will then give you an idea of the where about your parcel .
Staff will send a confirmation email to advise you of which company will be making the delivery.
 
Can I specify a delivery date ?

For sample order , you could specify a delivery date , for usual order and mass order , you need confirm it with the staff .
can I change my delivery address once my order has been submmited ?
Once you have submitted your order you will be unable to change delivery address after we send out the products to you.
 
What happens to my order if I am not there to receive my order ?
 
If there is no one to receive your parcel , the express company will be posted through your door advising of a delivery attempt.
There will be a contact telephone number on there for your local branch . if you telephone the number on the card you will be able to re-book a delivery day , or arrange to pick the parcel up form the depot .
 
Can I cancel a delivery ?
 
Once your order has come through you would be unable to cancel any delivery . you would need to take delivery of your order first , and if the parcel is unwanted you will need to contact the staff who sell the products to you to arrange a suitable .
 
 
6. Warranty
 
About the warranty , all products you purchase from Sunway company (do not including Sunway Shop and Sunway showroom) are guaranteed to exchange within 3 months and repair for 1 year since the day of purchaser received our products . if purchaser is reseller , the warranty time from the vendor receives the products from our company. We repair all of the defective products for free if the defective products broken under the natural operation and raw metrial mangle . Sunway afford the cost for shipping to clients.
 
The warranty and replacement term do not include the following incident :
Accident , neglect , abuse or acts of force majeure.
Unautorized repair or modification of the products
Failure to install or use the product in accordance with the instruction or use of this product other than for its intended purpose.
 
Some parts are not for free :
DVD products : DVD loader and TFT-LCD
LCD monitor products : LCD panel
 
 
7.  About shipping charges and return goods
 
During the exchanging period , customer need pay the shipping charges when the faulty item back to us in China , we will exchange a new one and return it to customer within 7 working days after we get it from customer . Our company pay the shipping charges when the exchanging products back to customer. After the exchanging period but within warranty period , Sunway repair the faulty item for free, and customer needs bear all shipping charges.
 
The repaired products will be return with the original or similar carton . after the applicable warranty period , purchaser must pay all labor or parts charges.
 
If the return goods is not Sunway products , Sunway will not repair such products.
 
 
8. Need to know before place an order
 
Please let Sunway staff know all your requirement about the products when you replace a order so that we could send the products according your requirement .
 
If customer does not mention any requirement when place the order , we will send the products the same as the website.
 
 
9. About bank extra fees
 
Our company do not require customer pay any bank transfer charges , but some bank could not transfer the payment to our bank directly and need the middle bank re-transfer the payment to us , customer also need pay the bank charges of middle bank , so that could insure our bank get the same as Proforma Invoice .
 
About the middle bank charges, please confirm it with your bank .
